Walmart. The jungle of urban America.
More often than not, the human race disgusts me--especially in the cities. This little pictorial essay is yet another perfect illustration as to why.
Bear in mind that this is the same Walmart company that fired three security guards at one of their Utah stores who successfully subdued a shoplifter that held a gun to their heads.
Sam Walton has to be spinning.
In LA, a jungle-inhabitant uses pepper spray to run off competitive shoppers so she can have a better shot at some electronics junk. In Fayetville (NC), gunfire breaks out.
THIS is the way we begin our celebrations of the birth of a Savior of the Christian faith?
My small-town country roots are tugging at me harder than ever.

sad,sad,sad....
Sad, but not really unexpected these days... and small town life IS sounding better and better...
These pictures say it all.
Imagine what it will be like when this behavior is exhibited over cans of beans.
The saddest part is that I'm no longer surprised.
WTF?
I am much having good time pulling my pokey. You am having a blog. The sushi am in the closet.
Hope you are having much great Thanksgiving happies!
All I can say is that these people are disgusting.
Agreed, disgusting. I stay out of shopping malls and walmarts all year round. "black friday" doesn't even show up on my radar scope.
I'm the same way as Kx59. I do my best to never darken Walmart's door. If I want discount goodies, I go to Target but typically, there's nothing that those two chains have that I can't get at Home Depot, Lowes, Gander Mountain, Academy, Best Buy or JC Penny.
I hate to shop, unless you send me to the first three stores that I named above.... :)
I did almost all of my shopping online. Delivered to my door and I never left. Bleck. My sister wanted to see the spectacle and braved a walmart. She was shocked at the violence and thievery.
